Drink lots of water. It will help flush the toxins from your system that may be causing the bloating. Congratulations on your wedding! I wish you a long and happy marriage.

No. Thank you. And women shouldn't wear just a sports bra either. IMHO.

I like carrots or celery dipped in salsa! I also put salsa on salad in place of a salad dressing. Actually, I will put salsa on just about anything :)

My husband. I need chocolate LOL

Don't forget the VMO (a weak VMO is what led to my knee injury) in your quad workout. I can't do side lunges due to the knee injury and squats/lunges are limited in range. The trainer is working with me on squats/lunges and once the VMO is stronger, I will incorporate more range of motion back into the routine.…

Listen to your doctor and the PT. When I injured my knee last May, the exercises for strengthening the quads were all stretching exercises such as crossed legs and leaning over to touch toes, laying on side and doing leg lifts, superman lifts, and even lower ab work.

What type of pork? How big of a portion for the pork and sauce (ounces/grams)? I would count the root beer because the sugars from the liquid infused with the meat. Lean pork loin is about 33 calories per ounce. Calorie contents should be on the package for everything else.

I was considered a "failure" for ablation because I ended up with a hysterectomy. That said, I was extremely happy with the procedure and it helped me tremendously with the very heavy bleeding. I had additional issues, so ended up with the hysterectomy about 2 years later. I would do it again in an instant if needed.

I'm Tamra and I am in the Business Teacher Education program. It's part of the College of Business (yeah!) at my university and I teach content classes and supervise student teachers. I am also newly engaged, planning the wedding for summer. It's a second wedding for each of us, so a very low-key affair. My doc told me to…

I had the fitbit and hated it. Gave it to Goodwill. It was an expensive pedometer to me.

I wash mine every day, sometimes twice if it get really icky. Lots of conditioner. (my pic is about 3 years old, so my hair is quite a bit longer now, past my shoulders.)

Wine dehydrates me, causing water retention. When I drink wine, I drink water in a 2-to-1 ratio. Helps quite a bit for me.

Agreed, my guy found me and I couldn't be happier. We are planning to get married next summer.

I have the same information for grilled and trimmed pork tenderloin!

48 and engaged--Wedding motivation here

I am with you! When I record here, I do great. When I forget, I fall back into the bad habits.

They are expensive, but my favorite brand is Not Your Daughter's Jeans. I want more of them. I only have pair right now and would wear them all the time if I could.
-
Log it! No one says you have to eat those calories back every day, but knowing how far you have walked each day is a good thing.
-
Bought and it was a waste of money. It is essentially a pedometer and you can buy those MUCH cheaper.

You may want to check with your MD about going so low. At 134, you are near the lower end of the normal weight for your height. At 110, you are going to be considered very underweight. You may want to work on muscle definition and strength training vs. the number on the scale IMHO.

Don't count coffee as water intake. Caffeine is a diuretic.
-
Don't know if they really work or not for toning, however, they are the most comfortable pair of walking shoes I have ever found. I love them for the comfort. I can walk for hours in them.

I felt like you did about 4 or 5 years ago. I thought that I could just ignore the knee pain and move on, BIG mistake. Real pain (not soreness from exercise) is a sign. Rest, change your routine, and check with your doctor if it continues.

I like Viactiv multi and I take the Viactiv Calcium. Additional supplements: B Complex, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil, 2000 mg of Vit D3

fxdl is the Harley-Davidson code for a Dyna Lowrider. 2k2 means 2002. I own and ride a 2002 Harley Dyna Lowrider.
-
I like the Viactiv vitamins and calcium chews. I take mine with my morning protein shake.

I put pico de gallo (or rotel if that is all I have time for) into almost everything! Love my spice.
