  • Nice work on your weight loss! I have a hard time staying in control too. I try to save more food for night time as that's when I seem to be bored and want to eat junk food. It's good to know others are dealing with it too. Maybe we can help eachother.
  • Sometimes I find that the simpler my meals are the better I do. If I try to go with a protein, vegetable, carb, etc.... rather than making a big dish with a million things in it. Easier to track too.
  • 1% or fat free cottage cheese. Low in fat high in protein.

  • I also hate running. Partly because I have asthma and it's hard even when I do use my inhaler. Elliptical and bike are much easier! I would like to run but I just don't find it enjoyable. :mad:

  • You can do it! I need to do the same thing! I gained back some of what I lost over the holidays so it's time to get inspired again! Good idea on the Zumba and Kettle Bell classes. Make sure you also use the food tracker. It helps a ton! :)

  • When I do mexican I get fajitas and limit the cheese and number of shells I eat but you can eat most of the protein and veggies and still be on track. If you're really set on your enchiladas the no cheese, sour cream is a good idea and add more salsa. Good luck! :)
