Another "I'm Back" post

Yup, so I created another profile hoping that it would motivate me to getting back on track with my diet and such.
I started counting calories, eating real foods and exercising back on March 1st. I was 225. I averaged about 1.5-2 pounds a week. By June I was 205. My original goal was to get down to 200.
Well, Happy with my results, I allowed myself to take a little break from eating "healthy" and gave in to some of my temptations that put the weight on in the first place ( I've conditioned myself to believe that Fridays are pizza and beers night)
So since then, I've put on 5 pounds. Uh oh.. yea, time to get my *kitten* back on track
So, some support would be nice and in return I will support you. Feel free to add me

Welcome back! I did the same thing. I've pretty much been partying and eating what I want all summer and have put a few lbs back on. I decided it was time to take those off and keep moving towards my goal. I think with summer winding down I will be able to get into the swing of things. I'm eating healthier again and I even started a Boot Camp workout program. The first step to solving the issue is realizing what the issue is and it looks like you've done that and are moving towards your goal again. Keep up the good work!0

Thanks KAtie. Yes, I do know what to do, but I just been so lazy about it for the last couple months. It's been hard to find inspiration to get me going again0 -

Well I may be a n00b around here but there seems to be a great deal of motivation and inspiration. So dig your heals in and find some!!!

I seriously don't think that I will ever figure out what the issue is much less deal with it. I just know my pants are feeling tighter around the waist. Oh wait.. I know, crappy metabolism0
