It should- just make sure it's a caramel shot (unsweetened flavoring) rather than the caramel swirl (the sugar syrup).

It depends. I have a pretty sedentary job where I'll only walk from my desk to the bathroom, to get coffee/tea, or to another meeting. Some days it's a struggle to get to 5k. It depends. Coffee (always!) and if I'm in a rush protein pudding or Greek yogurt. Oatmeal sometimes. Bagel thin with cheese and deli meat and/or egg. I've gotten some protein cereal that I'm trying today.

Yep. Peanut butter, almond butter, cookie butter, pb2, all of it! Lost 95 pounds while eating them and gained 25ish back while eating them. Now I'm losing again and still eating them. Enjoy them too much so I had to learn moderation...and when I'm sick sometimes it's the only thing I'll eat

my virginia gym was PACKED on Monday - I walked by the DC location on Wednesday after work and said "nope. that place is a mad house." I've spent the week with my boyfriend so I haven't been to the gym by my house yet - there was a increase in December so I'd image that there will a be an increase there too.

yep - about 5 pounds. not all of it was fat gain - pretty sure most of it was water/bloat. My next weigh in is Monday morning so we'll see where I am then.

depends on the neighborhood. where my boyfriend lives is super safe but it's REALLY dark since they don't like streetlights and there is a major lack of sidewalks! Digital food scale with tare function. Used it to help lose 95 pounds. Stopped using it and gained back nearly 25 pounds in the last 2 years. Yep - it's a must for me.

I hit 115 and 16% body fat about 2.5 years ago. My trainer advised that I shouldn't go any lower at the composition or I'd risk messing with my fertility so I a recomp. I ended up at 120 and 15% body fat and was pretty happy with it. I want to get back there! I'm not 140 and about 21% body fat.

Depends on who made it. There are some that I get that I toss right away - I don't trust their cooking/baking! However for those that I trust I may have one or two and then I give the rest away (to my boyfriend/nieces, nephews, etc) or I toss it. Seeing Sunlight! It's dark when I leave for work and it's dark when I get home from work. There are days when I don't actually see the sun. My work spaces at my office and at my client offices aren't near or don't have windows.

I've done this before. I wasn't paying attention to my sodium levels versus the amount of water I was drinking when I was running 6 days a week during the summer on top of lifting. Nearly passed out more than once before my trainer gave me electrolytes tablets to dissolve in my water.

Yep. They were happy as long as I was the fat tag-along but when I lost weight and had my own life outside of them it became an issue.
