not all protein powders taste the same. I went through about 6 before I found ones that I - ISO sensation and Isopure Natural. greek yogurt seafood (assuming your not allergic) chicken lean ground turkey

^this. I prefer Fage (however it's pretty expensive) or the Trader Joe's brand...well Wegman's now that I've moved. I buy plain and add fruit/honey/protein powder. Just my preference.

I have two gym memberships - the one near my house is $20 per month with unlimited guest passes (my boyfriend and I share). The one near my boyfriend's house that also has a gym near our offices is about $35 per month I think. He pays for it for me so I'm not quite sure how much it is but it's not more that $35.

18 months for 96 pounds and then another 6 - 9 months to change my body composition (lower body fat and increase muscle mass). I could have save myself a bunch of time if I'd started lifting a lot sooner!

I haven't liked the last two new flavors so I'm a bit skeptical...but then I only like about half of the total flavors - and all of them are the ones that were around before Quest Nutrition decided to do a million and one things/become popular. I'll have to wait and see.

yep. I bloat really badly - easily 5 to 7 pounds, my clothes don't fit, certain pairs of shoes don't fit, heck even my rings don't fit. Then after my cycle I'm down 10 pounds. Last month I weighed myself a week and a half before I was at 145 and then again 3 days after TOM- 135. That's a difference of 10 pounds in about 12…

I've donated clothes 4 times - I've gon from a size 14 to a size 0/2. Lost 94 pounds over about 2 years and I've kept it off for several years. My body shape has changed with lifting so I've been giving clothes away to friends (they don't mind!). Once the weight is off the clothes go! That's one "safety" net I don't want…

yep. :) :drinker:

dreaded burpees? I don't dread them. I like them - even when I add pushups and weights to 'em!

Results in DC $56 per month - It has an aquatic treadmill, suana, spa, pilates and yoga center (named Bend), and Zumba, Kashido and other cardio classes in the cardio center, TRX classes, abs classes, a spin theater, and a whole bunch of other stuff. It's my treat to myself!

the choices of the parents? Since children up to a certain age can't feed themselves they rely on their parents to do so.
-
Yep! I work in an office M- F but I work part time in retail (huge department store, lots of walking, standing shifting, sorting but randomly scheduled shifts and lengths) and I rely on my fitbit flex to track the extra movement rather than trying to use MFP to calculate it.
-
yep. The image in my head does not match what is actually in the mirror. Nearly 100 pounds later I still reach for bigger sizes when I'm a size 0-2. I still don't feel thin - I honestly can't articulate what thin should feel like. I feel like me - I've always felt like me.
-
I use a fitbit so it tracks my steps/activity andit logs for me. But it in previous years I did not taking my nieces and nephews trick or treating. Depending on the age of the kids you may actually put some work it! Trick or treaking with an 11 year old requires a lot more walking then trick or treating with a 4 year old!…

My mom did that when I was growning up! Now I realize she did it to get the candy out of the house...sneaky!

about 2.5 years - 94 pounds total and I've kept it off for a year. I said I would lose 6 more pounds to make it any even 100 but I haven't actual set a target date for those.
-
Im not. I'm eating candy with reason. I don't have it often so I'll eat what I want around Halloween. Three Musketeers with lunch. Whoopers and candy corn next! I stick to the minis and snack sizes and work it in so I can have it!

My M - F schedule goes: Wake up at 5:30am Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack WORKOUT Snack Dinner Snack. Bed at 11 ish I end up eating every 3 hours or so. Why? Because I like snacking.

opinions will vary. I have one diet soda maybe once every other week or so - sometimes every other month or so. I don't think it's going to kill me.
-
definitely this!

5'4.5 and 215 pounds.

This.

30 to 50 a week just for me or 40 to 80 a week for me and the boyfriend. Sometimes we'll bump that up to $100 to include treats like cookies and icecream.
-
Neither. I do and have done this for me. My relationship status is irrelavant to my health and fitness goals. However if my boyfriend tried to stop/interfere he would be gone. My boyfriend is insanely supportive of me so it's not an issue. I had an ex that wasn't and he's gone.

Yep. My parents were the "finish everything on your plate" type but we rarely ate fast food or restaurant food. My mom didn't give us massive amounts of food but instead gave us small portions and said if you're still hungry go back for seconds. My mom cooked frequently and we learned how to cook from scratch at a young…

Depends on how active you are. Maintenance is just over 2000 calories per day at 5'4'', 121 pounds and 17% body fat but that's when I'm working out 6 days a week. When I'm actually sedentary (not working our) maintenance is 1600.

yep. tried it. Lasted a while but it led to binge city for me. Now all foods are just that - food.
