I warned you!

TRICK: For every Halloween treat you have today do 10 burpees. OH yeah! The dreaded burpee. Then move forward guilt won't get you where you want to go.


TREAT: For every treat you turn down today do 10 of your favourite exercise and enjoy the change you just made for your body.
