  • Hey, thanks. Weight is from the machine at the gym. I know it's not actually going to be the fat that's burning it's also helping that I'm taking in nearly 3 times the amount of water I previously. I'm just confused between body fat & body fat mass as it has 2 read outs.
  • I'd like to achive 12stone as a base point to start looking at 15% BF as it's an achievement i'd like to gain. I'm currently at 40% (need to check after the gym today) so i have a very very long way to go weather its achiving 15% BF or 12 Stone.
