I don't know how to give you advise you on this but I feel the same way. I have lost 25 lbs but haven't lost more in more than a month. Stuck on 25. so I feel you're pain. maybe you're just being too hard on yourself? Take a step back and try to get your mind off of weight loss a little bit.

Maybe you should pump up the work out routein. Stay with the 1220 cal and burn another 400 working out and those pounds will have no where to go but out.

I was working out for 1.5 hours a day and lost a bunch of weight fast. Then I went to 30 min a day and didn't lose as much. I say work out 1 to 2 hours a day if you want faster results. Just like the show Biggest Loser.

that happened to me, I lost a bunch of weight fast at first but then it slowed down. Look at it this way, you're ahead of the game already. I've read it's safe to lose a pound a week. So if you lost 6 already, you're good.

Usually everything you make is on the food database. Add each ingredient at a time. It will never be exact but pretty close. It's time consuming but well worth it. Good luck dude!

wow that's lame how your friends can be that way. I suggest adding friends on here for support. I've been reading daily how people on here support each other with thier weight loss goals. Add me, I'll help you too. Make MFP you're weight loss "go to" website. Hit it up regularly every single day.

that happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I ate costco pizza without checking the calories of them. I was pissed! lol Tomorrow will be a new day. No use crying over spilled milk.

I'm in too! I signed up for a volleyball class at a local community college. Never taken a Volleyball class before. Just had our first day last week. dude, soooooo much fun!!! and a good work out. It's a 1 unit class so it came out to $50.00 for the whole semester! that's 4 months of volleyball! I highly suggest anyone…

I would say stick to diet coke. Regular coke has a ton of sugar which is bad for your body and bad for your teeth too. But drinking it every day is not good. Skip a day for starters, then keep it for weekends or a "cheat" day.

I agree with ashnichole. Usually juice's have a lot of sugar. Gatorade is a good choice too. Not too much sugar but it has sodium. check out diet snapple too.

Order a chicken breast plate that isn't fried and dipped in batter. Grilled. and avoid the bread. Also order a appetizer salad with light dressing for starters. that'll fill you up. Then take half of the main dish home (it'll be easier to do that because you had the salad). NO BREAD.

Same thing happened to me. I lost 20 lbs last year and gained it all back. What I do is diet and work out for 6 days and have a cheat day. That's my prize for busting my as* all week. I've lost 18 lbs so far. good luck! YOU CAN DO IT!

I started my hardcore diet and MFP on Jan 4th. My gf and I only do weigh ins one a week. I lost 9.5 the first week. Everyone was telling me its "water weight". My 2nd weigh in is coming Sunday. Nervous time....

you're posting touched my girlfriend and i. thank you for sharing such a personal part of you. Every time I weigh myself I'm so worried that I will gain weight or not lose weight. I feel your pain. Just keep chipping at it. Keep working. maybe step it up a notch on the calorie burning.

hang in there till your first weigh in. Once you see that you lost weight, it'll motivate you to fight those cravings.

you just have to do your research on what type of beer you wanna drink. I did a little research myself and found that Corona Light only has 99 cal but still has flavor. Amstel light is another good one. I had about 6 or 7 beers last week and I was still able to lose 9 lbs. I also had some rum and diet cokes (66 cal each)…
