  • I love an omelette, if I have time. However, I really love a soft boiled egg or a poached egg with some salt, herbs, spices or peri peri sauce on it. I never used to like the softer, runnier texture of them but my tastes have changed over time for some reason. All the options above are great though!! I also drink BPC (or…
  • I'm a fan of moving comfort's maia bra. I think they have a couple of other ones recommended for running and lots of sizes but I like underwire. Look for bras that go higher than normal bras so they control the up and down motion as well as side to side. Aren't bosoms great? Double recommend this! The Moving Comfort Maia…
  • So many great results here! For myself, sweating and chafing less (gross I know, but true!), definitely the shoe size thing and I seem to be able to regulate my temperature better now my metabolism is fired up. • Maltesers! You can't have just one.....Still made, but avoided by me now cause they are much too "more-ish". Same with Redskins....

I've spent 15 years in adult and paediatric ICU, the Cardiac Cath Lab, as an Nurse Educator and also do a bit of Tropical and Rural and Remote Nursing as well. Phew! That looks more exhausting than it really is. Guess that makes me a bit of a jack of all trades! A lifetime of shift…

  • Hi, I'm new on MFP too but have followed a low carb, then keto diet for quite a while now. Feel free to add me as a friend, the more support (both ways) the better!
