I agree with above, there is no such thing as not sick enough. people seem to think you have to be dangerously underweight to suffer with an eating disorders, when in actual fact it's a mental condition that can affect even morbidly obese people. You should definitely see professional help, they can guide you in the right…

For him to accept to, you have to accept yourself. I understand this completely, I have the same issue with thinking my other half would rather be with a slimmer, prettier girl but then I stop and think ..but he's with me, if he didn't think I was beautiful he wouldn't be with me, You need to remember these are your…

Hey, I'm so pleased for you that you're so close to your goal! I am 5ft 2 and weigh 140 pounds and started at 1200 calories, but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted... So I very reluctantly changes my goal from 1200 to 1400 and was terrified I'd put weight on, but it was the best decision I made as I have been losing 2…

I know this will probably sound completely ridiculous and jealous, but whenever I see a gorgeous slim girl walk past when I'm with my boyfriend, I always feel so crap about myself and feel like I'm a massive disappointment to him. I want to feel like he is proud of walking down the street with me!

I chose the number that would make me in the healthy range for my BMI, and then when I get there will probably choose to lose more!

I was cheated on, he was drunk, he made a mistake. We are now living together, happily engaged and I know he'll never do it again. It's made us stronger. That's just us though :) but it is possible to forgive and forget.

Don't give up! We all have bad days , honestly there has been so many times I thought about giving up but carried on because I want my life to change, Sure, a gastric band will help you lose the weight but you will still have to do most of the work and eat healthily anyway, why not save your pennies and keep at it, then…

Cheeky smile!

You look lovely on your profile pic, we all have hang ups about our bodies and if losing 6 pounds will make you feel happier and healthier you should go for it :-) don't lose too much though! As you are only small and look slim already!! :) x

I did 45 mins on my exercise bike at home, was tough! My legs ache now but no pain no gain!!

6 pounds sounds like a small amount, but since you are tiny as it is it might take longer for you to lose it! I would say set your calorie target between 1200-1400, go for a 30-40 minute walk maybe 3-4 days a week, and drink plenty of water. I have my target set at 1400, I do 3-4 days working out (either treadmill running,…

I am so sorry to hear this, you have been through a terrible time which has obviously affected you a lot. I have experienced severe depression after my father passed away 2 years ago, and I know it can cause a lot of pain and stress which leads to poor choices with food! Onwards and upwards though, I'm glad you have a…

Hey, I'm sorry about your experiences, you certainly have had a very very tough time. But you seem very level headed, and the fact you are still motivated to lose weight despite going through depression is extremely inspiring, I have had some tough times over the past few years that caused me great pain and poor mental…

I used to be painfully shy, and I would get the odd remark that I was fat. I used to come home from school feeling really low, and I used to love sitting infront of the tv and eating. It made me feel safe and comforted. I think this has led to comfort eating now when stressful situations arise :(

I am so sorry for your loss, I know how difficult loss is from my dad passing away 2 years ago. Grief affects everyone in different ways. It can drain your energy so much that you lose all motivation- I know I've been there. I would say to you, it's probably best to deal with your grief and find ways of coping with it,…

Hey :) It's normal to feel hungrier at the time of the month because your body is losing blood so the loss or iron makes you feel weak, tired and hungry! They do say your metabolism speeds up during the time of the month, but im not sure if that's right or not! Just eat little healthy snacks every few hours in between full…

On my birthday I am going to treat myself. But that's just me... If you have a healthy lifestyle all the time, you can afford a treat occasionally! You got to have a life! :)

I felt in the same position last week, I was so upset with myself and felt so low and disappointed that I'd binged, but it's easy to get back on track. All you have to do is remember how you feel now, and use that to motivate yourself to get back to where you were! You are only human, we all do it so don't feel bad! Get up…
