your body is going into starvation mode, because although your eating your 1200 calories, you are then burning off half of it back. so really and truly your only having 600 calories!! hope that helps!!

iv been doing kettle works for 3 weeks now, has anyone seen results doing this program?? I hate doing cardio, but enjoy weight training, just want some input on kettle works please :) or any other suggestions!!!
