Coloured jeans are in this year. I'd try to save them! But I'd be shopping too. I just went bargain hunting today since some of my clothes are too big but I'm still planning on losing more.

Agreed. I'm not working right now and have been trying to lower the food bill. There are all kinds of coupons for junk food and sales. I'm lucky enough to live near a Mennonite community and have access to lots of produce for cheap. But it's for sure not as convenient as the processed stuff.

Doing yoga and I didn't notice the floor was damp under my mat. I was doing a downward dog and for some reason my feet were on the floor not the mat. The mat slipped out from under me and the top of my head hit the floor. Classy

no cheap wal mart/ target sports bras, they are fine if you are tiny chested but if you have big boobs you need a serious muscle bra! or sometimes 2.

my crockpot has 2 settings, interior of a volcano and surface of the sun. Anything left in it for more than 3 or 4 hours turns into a lump of burnt, I really need to just pitch the thing and get a better one. The lump of burn lasagna was the best one to try and chip out of the pot :P

Love gadgets. I really only need a good sharp knife and quality pots/pans but I really love my actifry and my kitchen aid mixer.

Love a dark stormy day. The best is when it comes after a heat wave. My son and I have been know to run around barefoot and puddle jump in the first rain after a hot spell. Until the lightning strikes. Then it's inside to watch. I don't live anywhere that tornados or tropical storms or hurricanes happen so I don't fear…

I have always been irregular too, except while on BC I'm not on it now and its irregular again, skip months, 2 times in a month some times a heavy cycle sometimes ultra light. Since exercising regularly and changing my eating it has gotten better for me too. I'm not clockwork by any means but I am evening out.

I have thyme, lemon thyme, parsley, basil, purple basil, chives, oregano, dill, fennel, orange mint and chocolate mint :)

I make sure there are some room for a drink or 2 a week in my diet. I enjoy a beer on the patio on the weekends with friends.

All the dumb things like calories don't count if its off some one else's plate or broken cookies have no calories or weekends don't count or wine is a fruit so it's ok. I'm serious about this change so deal with it. Making quips isn't helpful.

I'm on a low sodium diet for a medical condition. Sodium hides everywhere. It's very hard for me to keep it low. I'm getting better and seeing where it is hiding now but it's still there. Eggs cheese bread etc. if you need more sodium soya sauce has lots! It's one of the things I miss the most.

I got a HRM and 30DS did not burn very much. Yes I used muscles and was tired but calorie burn it was pretty low.

Meal planning is defiantly your friend. I wait until the flyers come out then base my meals on the sales.

the list of ingredients on low fat fat free stuff are HARD to read, I'd rather just make room in my diet for the real stuff and eat less of it.

Love the soufflé. My family calls it turnip puff. We add nutmeg to ours and if turnip is to strong you can half it with purée carrots to sweeten it.

very close to mine, I used greek yogurt instead of the laughing cow and avocado instead of spinach, mix it all together and throw on toast. Its so good!

I'm on day 5. Today I managed to complete level one without swearing at Jillian or telling Anita that her modified just wasn't modified enough or telling Natalie where she could shove it :) this is why I don't do we'll in a class setting. :laugh: I'm hoping to stick with to the end!
