I suffer from anxiety too. Sometimes going to the gym and facing people is just to much to handle. I also have other medical issues that slow me down but that's all they do. Sow me down. I'm still making progress and am finding that more than anything the healthy eating and exercise is "curing" me. I have more good days…

It's slowly getting better but it's the last thing for me. That and boobs. I would love some shrinkage there too. I'm nothing but boobs and belly right now since everything else is firming up so nice. I have a thigh gap and ripped arms and a pooch. It's Hawt :P

I used it with physiotherapy to treat a hamstring injury and lower back injury. It did help me a lot but I have never tried it for treating other ailments. I do know that for me I can only do short periods. I get nauseous when the needles are in for too long.

It really depends on how hard you push yourself. How fast you do the cardio or how much weight you use changes it. For example I did it on Friday, wasn't really pushing myself and didn't burn more than 150 calories. Wasn't even worth doing it. Today I upped the weights and pushed harder and doubled that.

New one from today. A guy lifting and had a GIANT booger hanging out of his nose. Finishes his set and leaves it there to whistle in and out of his nose as he breathes. 20 min later hei is stretching and cooling down. Still has a giant hanging booger, touching his lip! How do you not notice that?

I'm cutting way way back on the summer deli salads like potato and macaroni for better options. I want to rock my 2 piece bathing suit and not feel like the beached whale this summer!

That's great! that is one of my short term goals. Do a real push up. Hopefully I'll get there soon too.

I did it and my body did not thank me for over eating. I learned its better to work it into your day and enjoy it than to binge on it feel sick afterward and regret it. Now if I want chocolate I have chocolate or ice cream or whatever. I don't eat a litre of ice cream but I can have a small bowl of it.

I log after lunch since lunch is the up in the air meal for me. Dinner I know won't change. If I pre log I have a better idea what I can eat to even out my macros for the day or save room for a treat.

I don't only because I get too pumped up and it takes me a few hours to calm down so I can sleep. There is nothing wrong with it if it doesn't hurt your schedule.

I made roasted chick peas. I don't think I roasted them long enough. Dry but pasty enough I couldn't even swallow them. And I LOVE chick peas normally.

I also have asthma. At first I could only work out short periods of time. Now I do mostly lifting. It doesn't aggravate my asthma at all. I also do yoga. But the more I work out the stronger my lungs are getting. I went for a jog today and had no wheezing at all after 30 min.

That's awesome. I took my dog with me for a run and he quite halfway. I had to carry his 13 year old 22 lb butt home. So he isn't motivating me as much a he is a physical challenge. I quit taking him with me :)

My husband is great and my son is too. He is 11 and is loving this whole new lifestyle thing, new foods for him to try and if its some thing he really likes he tells me I might be over my calories for today and I should let him eat what's left on my plate :)

my gym buddy is like that too. Cancels all the time for stuff like house cleaning, too tired, busy running errands etc... Love that she then turns around and complains to me that I am looking so much better and losing weight and showing muscle and she isnt changing :) When she does go I Always start before her and stay…

I've made it with just bananas, added pineapple or strawberries, added cocoa powder for chocolate banana, added nut butters for a almond or cashew flavour. So many options and my son loves it too.

Yes I suffer from it. I've been taking medication and it has helped I haven't had a true panic attack for a while but really I still avoid situations out of fear of having a panic attack and messing up my "good" run of time.
