i have both pull up bar and bands, i mostly use the bands. they hook onto your door and work great if you get the right tension.

i usually use the cardio option to input the excersizes but there is a website that gives you a calorie burned breakdown at p90xcalories.com.

I have tried ephedra based pills and yes i did lose wieght but i felt like i was on crack or something. then i started to get pains in my chest and panic attacks so i stopped and not only gained what i lost but some more too. I have been overweight for a long time and believe me i have tried everything. some of it worked…

While my body adjusts to the calorie increase would it be normal for my weight to go up first?

I lost 5 pounds right off the bat when i started p90x but i notice by night time i am starving, so my thought was to up the calories in the day so i dont overeat at night. I am in the last week of month 2 and have noticed body changes but the scale remains the same and i have quite a bit to lose. It is a little difficult…
