After a good workout, should i have a protein shake or is chocolate milk a good choice?
I am currently in week 10 of p90x and when finished would like to start a hybrid of the two programs but not sure how or where to start. Should i take out the legs and back since insanity has a lot of leg work already?

I have been tracking my food for a week now and notice i dont eat all my required calories. my question is when upping my calorie intake will i see a weight gain at first before my body adjusts? for those doing p90x how do you record your strength excersizes so that you get a calorie count? do you do the strength training option or another one?
When you add your excersize for the day how are you adding these workouts in? do you do it excersize by excersize? help :)
