for those doing p90x how do you record your strength excersizes so that you get a calorie count? do you do the strength training option or another one?

I use the strength option and manually enter in the calorie estimates I've gotten from online.0

I use a HRM and record calories burned during the workout.0

so you go excersize by excersize? ahh so many to input lol but i want to get a good calorie rating0

Even though many people say its pointless to use a HRM for the strength training exercises, I do it anyway and I record those calories under "cardiovascular exercise" vs "strength training" on MFP.0
