Berries are wonderful, I love making a pitcher of strawberry or raspberry water and letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the winter it's great because you can use the frozen ones and just let them thaw in the water.

I'm the opposite, I don't like the texture as much when it is too soft but it is hard to find the balance between it being cooked enough to pull apart into strands and it being too soft for my taste. I do like it either way just like it better when it is closer to al dente pasta consistency.

If I work out in the AM I generally have a better day than if I don't but it leaves me hungry all day. I love microwaved scrambled eggs. They are fluffier than if you do them in the skillet :) I don't even add milk to mine just spray the bowl with cooking spray, scramble up the egg and microwave. It is important to use a glass or ceramic bowl though, I now have egg cooked into a plastic bowl thanks to my husband :)

That is supposed to be for your first pee of the morning not a consistent all day thing. Also-if you take too many vitamins/supplements it will be darker and some prescription medications can make it darker/lighter.

Count me in again, February was fun, hopefully I will make my goal in March. Since I fell a little short last month but it was a shorter month lets set my goal at 31 miles, I should be able to measure at least 1 mile per day :)

I made pizza last night and forgot to pre-bake the crust, so it was gooey. I just ate crust-less leftover pizza for lunch (i.e. mushrooms, pizza sauce, olives, pepperoni & cheese in a bowl). It was delicious :)
