age: 46 weight: 136 Maintain calorie intake 1500 before exercise then 80% or what ever my calorie burn is for that day. If I dont exercise I keep it at 1500. Everyone is different as you can see. You have to experience it and see where you fall. Good luck

I intake about 50 grams of protein powder and liquid after my exercises. I weight 140 im at my goal weight I have been maintaining for over a year just wondering if the Protein is making me to where im gaining weight and inches.
