I'm the same height as you, OP. Without knowing your body composition it's hard to answer. Is 110 realistically possible for our height? Yes. Is it realistic for ME? No. Because I would have to sacrifice muscle to get there. I have approx 99lbs of lean body mass. I'm not willing to sacrifice any of that for a number on the…

I slice them and freeze them. They are great in a smoothy - you don't even need to thaw them.

A guy says soemthing like that, he's not worth your time. to hell with him - you're going to be fabulous, and he'll be sorry, because you'll already be with someone who deserves you.

I resent that

think that sounds like a sweaty accident waiting to happen to my phone.

I use a tiny ipod that will clip anywhere... I have seen large displays of many, many cases with arm bands at the local electronics shops though - I would try there, or wallyworld.

the clothes I wanted didn't come in my size.

Not every manufacturer can target all size ranges. It's economics. Layne Bryant doesn't sell size 2, so I don't expect Lulu to sell size 22. *shrug* Part of my motivation to lose, was so that I could shop in the stores that I wanted to.

I don't record my green tea, white vinegar, or black pepper. I know - I'm a rebel.

someone's wedding ring - yes. It's not about the $ value, it's the sentimental value. I would be heart broken if I lost my wedding ring.

when I worked outside the home, I went to the gym at lunch time. Now that I'm at home, and don't have access to a gym, I do body weight strength training any time I have a spare 30 minutes in the day. Because no equipment is involved, I can still do it with the kids running around me. (sometimes they try it, which is…

fixed that I would ask for a refund - she obviously has no knowledge or experience on how to help someone with an ED. ETA - Wait, WUT? You don't have to pay, or need insurance, to see a Doctor here in Canada. What kind of doctor was this?!?

You should also add in some cardio. Prancercize is all the rage this week - why not give it a try?

gimmick. And yuck - it does not sound pleasant at all.

A real friend would never encourage you to do a juice fast.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets I found this to be an excellent read. Really, all the 'stickied' topics in that group.

broccoli, believe it or not. I like it steamed, with s&p and some vinegar or lemon juice

If I'm really craving pizza, nothing else will do. So I have some, in a quantity that fits my goals for the day.

I take it as a sign from the gods that I'm meant to enjoy more peanut butter. Or cheese. Or ideally, both. now I'm hungry.:grumble:

2000 would still be below maintenance for me, so why not. I'm willing to bet that 1200 is too low for you (it is for most people)
-
I've used it. I don't really enjoy it.
-
lolwut? OP - make sure you're also getting enough healthy fats, as they also help keep you feeling full longer.

I don't mean to be harsh... but if I was eating that far under my calorie goal on a regular basis, I would binge too. The calorie goal that MFP sets for you is the number you should aim to eat - you don't aim to stay well under it.
