  • Self magazine has a few workouts that are on the watch now list. I like to do the "best butt fast" and "bikini ready, fast". Crunch also makes a few pilates ones that are great.
  • CONGRATULATIONS!! That is such an awesome achievement! You look great!
  • I, too, have a week long vacation at the end of July with the in-laws.. I'm nervous about gaining or just thinking that since I am on vacation I can eat whatever I want to. I know that I won't have a dedicated time to work out like I do when I am at home. The best plan of action I can think of is to just make healthy…
  • I have been on here since January and I have never eaten my exercise calories. It seems almost like a waist to exercise if you are just going to consume those calories you burned. It has not affected my weight loss. I have consistently lost 2 pounds a week since I started. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
  • I have noticed that I get full faster and stay full for longer now. I am also at a 1200 calorie goal but I don't eat my calories burned. • Welcome Jennifer! I'm amazed at how much this site has helped and educated me. The people on here are so helpful! its so nice to have such a wonderful support system. Without this site, I don't think I would be half way to my goal. Good luck on your weigh loss success! I know you will do great!
  • Congratulations!! You look fantastic!
  • Like you, I have wondered the same thing. I would love to hear what other people think of this. I rarely eat my recommended calories per day. I am usually under by 50-120. I don't want to go into "starvation mode" if that is possible!
  • I, too, have wondered that same thing! I have been doing it for 16 days and it is still challenging to get through level 1 without stopping to rest. My best guess would be once you can master level 1 without stopping or feel like its not challenging you anymore then move up to level 2..
