30 day shred- questions

Hi
I have borrowed 30 day shred and I like it... thinking about getting my own copy. My question is how many days do I spend on each level?

  • I, too, have wondered that same thing! I have been doing it for 16 days and it is still challenging to get through level 1 without stopping to rest. My best guess would be once you can master level 1 without stopping or feel like its not challenging you anymore then move up to level 2..

    I did each level for 10 days. Am at the end of Level 3. Feeling so much stronger, I can't believe it. I also include very slow jogging about 3-4 days a week -- those days, doing both is really tough. But I'm seeing results -- though I wish i had tape measured myself at the very beginning. Big regret there because I feel so much smaller now and don't have proof of it.
  • I read somewhere that it was designed to do each level for 30 days. All I know is it would probably take me 30 days to fully complete level one :)

    I would move on when your ready . Each level has a good workout . Everybody is different so move on when you feel ready. Good luck ! I bought the dvd and love it .
