Hi, im from London

30 days done! I didnt take measurements but ive definately lost inches. Im starting it again but completely with Natalie and alternating levels.
-
Im switching to every other day now. Level 3 is hard but not enough cardio
-

I normally have fruit, nuts, rice cakes, popcorn or crackers. I think you should also add sodium to your diary because you seem to be eating a lot of take away/processed foods and the sodium can hinder your weight loss.
-
D1L3 I prefer the moves on this level but its hard on the knees!
-
@kmma75 I will probably do an extra day
-
D9L2 and ive been in a lot of pain since yesterday. So I think ill be taking a rest day tomorrow!
-
D8L2 done....12 days to go!
-
How were you feeling before the workout? How are you feeling now? Honestly I think you should go and see a doctor, theres so many different reasons for dizziness. Something similar happened to me last week where I did the shred after eating a big meal (an hour or so after) and i felt dizzy and terrible after.

It could have something to do with your hormones. After the birth of my son I had bad night sweats for a short period of time. I also notice an increase in temp at similar times during my cycle so it could be linked to ovulation. Ask your doctor
-
@dshalbert Thanks! Today was much better. D4L2 done
-
D3L2 - in soooo much pain today....i want to give up!
-
To start you only need some weights (i use 3lbs) and a mat. Ive just started level 2, it is tough but if you stick with it it'll get easier. Im only doing the dvd and no other exercise for the 30 days but other people add in or alternate with other workouts. Its so worth it!
-
D1L2 - I think I prefer the exercises on this level but its still as tough!
-
Level 1 done! I definately see a difference and i finally got pass my plateau and lost 1.10lbs!!
-
@ CharlieJuliette The same thing happened to me when I started but if you can stick with it. I was in pain until around day 6 and now im on day 8 I dont feel a thing. The first days are brutal!
-
D7L1 done. I asked the same question on another post and the reply was to do it everyday but I think a lot of people do less or alternative days with other exercises. I plan on doing it everyday but it will be the only exercise im doing until I finish.
-
Hi! Ill try stretching more before working out because my calfs are killing during the first cardio set. Still a bit sore in my arms and back of my shoulders.....at least I know its doing something
-
D4 Level1 - I was losing my motivation but today was a lot easier. To those that have already started - are you still in pain?
-
My cousin takes xenical which I believe is the higher dosage of alli and she has to walk around with a pad on. So you might find the day to day side effects outweight the benefits
-
Are you supposed to take breaks or do it everyday for the 30 days?
-
@ruth1104 Day 2 was much easier. Your arms will kill when you first start but as you get into it its ok.
-
I would like to join you too. I did the first day today and it was brutal but I do have a bit of a cold at the moment. I dont think theres enough cool down either, I had to do more leg stretches because my thighs were tightening up.
-
When did you start your diet? It can take some time for your body to respond to the change. Have you seen a doctor? If not maybe you should because you have cut back a large amount of calores. The 4lbs is probably water, especially if you have large amounts of sodium so try cutting that and drinking more water. In theory…
-
I am on the other end too, I dont eat enough sodium so I have to try to add more in. I normally cook all my meals from scratch and I dont really add salt only a mixed seasoning if it needs it. From what ive seen its the packaged foods that have a large amount of sodium in them so maybe you could try making your own version?
-
I dont intend on eating them today but just for future reference
