  • All I remember is not drinking anything past 8pm in order to sleep through the night without interruptions, but then, it also depends on your bladder. :ohwell: :smile:
  • I found that water mixed with a tiny bit of gatorade helped with the whole feeling cruddy part. Protein bars also helped when ate 30-60 minutes before workout.
  • Very very shocked when I first started tracking my calories. I knew I was eating more then normal, but when you looked at the calories for a couple big meals, it was intense to see how high everything was!
