Still seems too little to me if I'm working out and eating properly.. Maybe my metabolism will speed up? People keep telling me that around 12 weeks of keeping this up I should then, start to see the pounds come off fast... ??

You might like the documentary, Hungry for Change. Google it. :) You can get it on Netflix if you have that. Those type of films really modivate me. I know it's hard... I'm the same way. Hopefully eating healthy and properly will help me achieve my goals this time. Don't deprive yourself either.

Your shoes might be too tight. Maybe your feel are swelling as you exercise (happens to me so I just loosen my shoes) Do you stretch your feet? Have you been tested for diabetes?

I drank beer yesterday and should have known better! I gained 6 pounds in a day. I like what the guy said just below you. Don't weigh yourself so much... Something I'm going to do because it's completely frustrating and the scale is not our friend. :)

Sure, why not! I am 194 today, am doing circuit training, cardio and eating clean and healthy 6 or more times a day. Daily food calorie intake should be 1675, I'm trying to get it up to that but it's hard! Looking to loose 8 pounds in 4 weeks.

I don't get that by eating differently. However, after I workout I do get very cold. Heat bags are comfy!

Do not do the 1200 calories a day. You will starve yourself and your body will go into fat storage mode. You need to eat 6 times a day, healthy, non processed foods. I can see where you are coming from. Do you think you are able to be the weight you are because your metabolism is fast because of all of the activity you do?
