What are your Carb, Fat, Protein percentages and why?

Does this sound right? I'm 5'4 194 pounds. I changed my goals to fit the IIFYM and I'm over in carbs already. I set my goals to 1552 calories, 5% Carbs, 50% Protein, 45% Fat, 49g Fibre. How often should you workout?
I've started incorporating weight training to my schedule and I want to see results and not hurt myself. No more wheat - for me

Is loosing .5 pounds a week too little?
If that's correct, it seems like it will take me forever to get to where I want to be. I am 193lbs and 5'4". I'm working out at least 5 times a week, burning at least 500 calories each time and my trainer wants me to eat 1675 calories. What do you think?

What's the deal on these scales that measure your body fat/muscle etc with waves. I have one.. but does it just do the calculations on what you input, or can it really tell what your percentages are?
