Fit and Experienced people - will you be my friend?

lol. I want more friends that know exactly what they are doing and how they are doing it. People that will give me advice and are active on MFP. There are so many opinions out there regarding the TDEE method and I'm still not sure if I should be eating my exercise calories back or not, because of conflicting opinions. This may bring on more conflicting options.. Really, certified trainer friends would be great!

Anyways, I'm female, 201 pounds, workout 5-6 times a week, mostly cardio, but getting back into weight training this week. I normally burn about 500 or so calories a day. Looking for as much help and guidance as I can get and more importantly honesty.
I've lost 7 pounds in the last month so it's happening and I'm determined.

Looking for female friends.

    I'm not a certified trainer, but I'm certainly fitter and more experienced than I was this time last year. :)
