I don't know about anyone else but from my experiences, machines like that never estimate calories burned accurately. They always estimate WAY too much! My elliptical is ridiculous, I could be on it for 15 minutes and it'll tell me I burned 300 calories. I wish. The best way to figure it out is to buy a heart rate monitor.…

I also recommend Turbo Jam... I LOVE all the workouts. Awesome cardio videos but make sure your okay with doing some kickboxing; she intertwines dancing and kickboxing in most of the videos. Wow this is actually really helpful! I've been doing ChaLean Extreme and am ALWAYS hungry, I think in part to all the muscle building. So its good to know that I can probably bump up my calories a little and still be okay. Thanks!!!!:flowerforyou:

No problem! And I did check and if you add measurements, they will show up in your reports. I don't really like to look at my scary numbers either.... especially when they don't move. :grumble:

I don't know about the reports but I know you can add as many different measurements as you want if you go into your check in and then click on Change Measurements. Hope this helps!

No, you shouldn't pull it as tight as you can but rather just enough that its snug but not squeezing into your skin... Idk if that makes sense but hopefully you get the picture! :laugh:

I also LOVE Turbo Jam! I've gotten off the track but I have a lot of her DVD's and I haven't found one that I didn't enjoy. I highly recommend them!!!! Chalene is great too, she keeps you goin just when you think your gonna poop out!

I have to admit, I didn't try any yet. I've been meaning to... I have to go to the grocery store to get all the stuff first and that never seems to hit me until I get home and have to find something healthy to eat. Lol.. It's just ridiculous. I need to get my butt in gear. :grumble:

Like they said, its good if you choose sugar free, but personally one usually makes me want more. Lol. Things like that only make me want to eat because there's nothing in it to satisfy me. It's like a teaser! But, like I said, that's just me.

Me too! I really want to get this program. I just wonder how much of a difference it is compared to P90X. It sounds similar, but I love Chalene...I'd have to go with hers. lol...
