I'm sorry if you addressed this already, but if so I must have missed it... What about your inches? Your weight is stable, but your body might be getting smaller all of the time. Muscles weigh more than fat, so maybe you're burning your fat, though the scale doesn't show it. :)

Are you still exercising? My mom had a similar problem... Her weight didn't change but she stopped exercising. She went up 2 clothes sizes because lean muscle was going away as she gained fat.

I have a long way to go, but I keep hearing if you're going to eat a "bad meal" you need to eat fewer calories a few days and up your cardio those few days as well. (I've read this on several message board posts.). Good luck!
