  • I think its good to eat healthy snacks..If you are hungry then you need them. I make skim milk banana chocolate milkshake 1 cup skim milk 2 tlbsp cocoa powder .5 banana and 2 packets of stevia ( natural sweetner) blend well in blender delicious healthy and about 120 cals..it will fill you up

  • Thanks for this info..I am losing slowly and sporadically ..but i have lost 9 lbs in 55 days and i figured everything out by these calculations and my TDEE is 2272 and so i need to eat 1818 cals per day. This helps a lot..because i dont want to eat too little or too much

  • Yes I agree with you. .I am starting this this week. One day a week i will eat at maintenance..i read that if long term on a calorie deficit..it slows metabolism. I suggest give it some time and lift a little weight if you arent already :)

  • really agree with everything you said...I am 5'3 eating around 1600 cals average..with intermettent fasting and some 20 lb barbell squats and walking and rebounding(mini trampoline) and i am losing average 1 .5 lbs per week. I weigh 196 less bread and more protein
