I've done level 1 in bare feet once or twice but much prefer sneakers.

L1D8 complete. I wanted to be finished day 9 today but I didn't find the time to do it yesterday (well to be honest, I probably could have squeezed it in about 8 pm but was totally unmotivated by then). Two more days then on to level 2. I don't know if I'm going to take a rest day first though.

Level 1 - day 7. I had a rest day on Saturday and was back at it yesterday. I really hope I'll at least lose some inches!

Level 1, Day 5 done. I'm thinking I'll take a rest day tomorrow but am undecided.

I definitely need this group. I've NEVER been happy with me. I'm really trying to change this self defeating attitude because I realize now how much it's held me back in life. Not only with my weight but with everything. Feel free to friend me.

Day 4 level 1 done. I'm wondering, I've had this layer of fat over my abs for so long now, I wonder at 47 years old if its even possible for it to go. My boyfriend says that its cellulite and will be extremely hard to get rid of. It's a disconcerting prospect for sure. Anyone have any thoughts?

Level 1 day 3 today. I think I must be tired because I felt bushed today doing it.

Day 2 done. I found the first set of cardio (jumping jacks and jump rope) harder on my legs today than yesterday but that could be due to kickboxing today as well. Onwards to day 3!

Day 1 Level 1 here. I didn't find it too bad. I noticed that the dvd didn't say how many days to do this in a row. Are you supposed to take a rest day at all? How many days is everyone going to do this before they have a rest day if they are going to take one? I used 5 lb weights throughout.

I was going to start it tomorrow as well before I saw this post. I just completed the Ripped in 30 DVD and now wanted to do this one.
