That is AWESOME!! Brag away.

I had it several years at when I worked retail 50-60 hours a week on my feet on hard floors. Stretch, wear proper shoes, and ice! I would roll my feet over frozen water bottles. It felt great after a long day.

I was going twice a week then quit for some darn reason. I think I need to get my tail back. I always had a blast when I went.

I also burn between 400-500 calories per class according to my HRM. I really enjoy it. I've gotten lot stronger since I started it a few months ago. A few of the tracks my HR gets up there. For me it's a good mix.

Looks interesting. But a bit pricey for me since the strap doesn't come with it and it isn't compatible with the one I already have.

No cotton!! I have some New Balance and Under Armour ones that I love. You want ones that will wick the sweat away.

With a good diet and exercise I lost 30 pounds in about 18 weeks. But I changed my lifestyle completely!! I weighed, measured, and tracked EVERY bite that went into my mouth. I quit drinking soda and alcohol, and we didn't go out to eat at all. With the exception of my morning coffee all I drank was water. I joined the gym…

Yes that's what I meant. As long as they both know it's a one night no strings attached kind of thing.

@ Countrygirl Spank. Oh wait wrong thread. Shake hands.

I don't have a problem with it. As long as both parties are in agreement.

If there are local running clubs in your area they might put some on. I just did one last weekend that a local club did. There is another club about 30 miles away that I just noticed puts some on as well. And like others have said contact the local running stores.

I'm sure you could find the DVD's online and get the bar/plates separate.

That's awesome!!! I bounced between C25k and doing my own intervals. I still can't run a whole 5k but I love getting out there and pushing myself a little farther each time. I'm not help on the sports bra because I haven't found one that I truly love yet. I'm between C and D but still have a somewhat large band and they…

I get like that if I don't eat enough. I normally workout before I eat because I'm not hungry in the morning and get nauseous if I eat too early. But the other day I pushed it a bit too hard and kept getting a little light headed until I ate and even for a little while after. I need to find a little something to have in…

I did the Graffiti Run a couple weeks ago. They had a coupon for 50%off the week before which is why I ended up doing it. There were about 11 of us doing it and we had a blast. We walked it because there were a few people who couldn't run. And it was about 100 degrees with the humidity. I'm doing Run or Dye in December…

I wish I would of saw this before I made chicken salad!! I'll have to try it next time. I bet the dip would be great on a baked potato too!

I'm on my 3rd time trying the program. When I first started it I was very early in my weight loss journey and extremely out of shape. So I went back to just walking and going for faster and longer walks. Then I tried it again about a month later. It was easier but I still struggled some days. Then I moved to the land of…

Because of the heat that I'm not used to I've taken my training to the TM. I start week 5 tomorrow. When I walk I'm at 3.8 mph and jog about 4.8-5 mph. When I'm out on the street in cooler weather with my walk/run I average just under 14 minutes for a mile. I try to do at least a 5k each time I go out. And my fastest was…

This is what I've been doing. I've been setting short term attainable goals. When I first started I thought I would never get anywhere. I've lost almost 30 pounds in 15 weeks. My first goal was 10 pounds, then 25, I move in less than a week and I set my goal at down 30 before the move. Seeing the big number seemed so scary.

I don't really have a set number. I'm going to go with how I feel and look. Every body is different and what might be an ideal weight for one might not be for another. I'm 5'9" and always thought I wanted to get back down to 140. But I've had 2 kids since then and my body has completely changed. I'm going to keep eating…

I love mahi! We make it a lot. It makes fantastic blackened tacos. Or we will just grill it and make some grilled veggies to go with it. It's one of the few fish I can get everyone to eat. Stripped bass is another favorite and when we lived in NC would have a lot.

I put it in my breakfast wraps. Flat out light Egg beaters Turkey Bacon Salsa Spinach I also add it to caned soup for a quick lunch. Or just make a salad out of it with chicken and raspberry vinaigrette. I'm the only one in the house who really eats it. If it's in a soup the rest of the family will eat it but aren't real…

I think I'll be repeating week 3. I found I did better listening to the podcast instead of my own music. I think what I was listening to was too fast and I was running too fast. I got slight shin splints and should of taken an extra day off. I think I'll take a couple days rest and try again Sunday or Monday.

Every time I step on that scale and see the number go down I am rewarded. But when I hit 25 pounds lost I went and got a pedicure. I haven't had one in forever and it was a nice treat. What made it better was taking my mom with me. I think when I read 50 I'll go for a massage.

It was my rest day but couldn't rest. So I went to the gym for 40 minutes and took it easy. Little cardio a little weights now it's water and surfing the web.
-
I think I'll look into that. Never thought about trying one of the podcasts.

The gym I use it depends on the level of the trainer and how long and how many sessions. The trainer I used I got six 30 minute sessions for $184 I believe. But she is awesome and we always ended up doing close to 40-45 minutes each time. The higher level trainers were almost twice as much.
