When will my lungs catch up to my legs?
I just finished week 3 day 3 and by the end I thought I was going to die. My legs are strong and I can walk for miles at a good pace (just over 4 mph). Does each app have a different plan?
I'm using C25k Free by Zen Labs. And each day for each week has the same workout. At least it has so far. I've only glanced at the rest of it. Week 3 is jog 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, jog 3 minutes, walk 5 minutes two times. What app do you use and is it different?

Shin splints
So not fun. I just recently started running and well now I have shin splints. I somewhat took today off (didn't run) just 20 minutes on the Arc trainer. These suckers suck. They aren't too bad but I want to get back out there. Any ideas how to prevent them and how to get rid of them? I iced them some last night and took…
