SuggaD That's actually the program I'm in now funny enough. and hilts1969, the past two weeks I've hit at least two miles, and both were within 30 minutes to an hour.

I am and was a hard-gainer. I don't have any before/afters, but I can tell you this..people will try everything they can to keep her from gaining because of the stigma on obesity. I do have some tips: Eat more carbs and calorie-dense foods. Balance the exercises. However many calories you burn off, eat the same amount.…

I know all of this is meant to be well-meaning advice, but it's not helping. I'm looking for encouragement, not bashing. Maybe you're not bashing, maybe you are. But, I'd love to have the kind of encouragement that everybody else on here seems to be getting. It's possible I expected too much of anyone on here.
