5K Advice?
I'm in my second week of training for a 5K in April and I was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as running. I tend to be out of breath and I cramp very easily in my sides. What should I do about it?

174 calories burnt..is that good?
Ok so I just got done using the Workout Trainer for Android, and I did the Weight Training 101. I burnt 174 calories doing all of it. Is that good? Do I need to do it twice? Thoughts appreciated.

Clogged up nose. HELP?!
So I caught a little head cold the other day and my nose is still stuffy and it's driving me NUTS. Does anyone know of any way to break it up? I've tried massages, decongestants, and hot towels. HELPPPP!!!

Exam coming up on Monday
I have an exam coming up next Monday in my Esthetics class. I need to get an 85 or higher to pass. Does anyone have a study plan I can go by? Feeling Awesome
So I started exercising a few weeks ago after realizing I couldn't get my jeans on properly. Just last week, I put that pair on and my muffin top is nearly gone and my jeans just slipped right on. WOOP WOOP!
