30 minute exercise recommendations

I've started creating my own plan to exercise. What I've done is pulled up MS Excel and put down what areas I want to work on on each day. I want to workout for 30 minutes, and I need some help trying to figure out what exercises I can do for 30 minutes. I've decided to focus on my core, my arms, and anaerobics. So if anybody has any suggestions please let me know! I want to start this plan officially tomorrow.

    You can do all kinds of awesome HIITs in 30 minutes.

    This was my workout yesterday for 22 minutes (Not including warmup)
    all sprints 30 yards
    25 lb slam ball

    10 sprints
    30 ball slams
    8 sprints
    20 ball slams
    6 sprints
    15 ball slams
    4 sprints
    10 ball slams
    2 sprints

    My 30 minute workouts usually involve a 3ish mile run, or a workout video.

    Blogilates' beginners calendar has workouts ranging from 25-35 minutes. I've only had one day so far that was 50 minutes. (Finishing in 2 days though!)

    check the FitnessBlender website, they have tons of videos for all muscle groups, you can search for ones under 30 minutes, and best of all they're all free
