Benefits Of Grape Juice Every Day?

I was thinking about drinking some grape juice every day for a week with my meals, and of course water. Other than heart health, what are some of the other benefits I might get from it? I'm just out to try new things and I'm open to it as long as its affordable and it won't make me lose weight rapidly or anything since I'm already naturally thin.

Personally, I think grape juice is pretty close to sugar water. I would say you'd be better off eating grapes. Or juicing fresh fruits and vegetables maybe.
But I don't know of any benefits of grape juice aside from extra calories and maybe some antioxidants which are not hard to find in everyday fruits and veggies.
Sorry to be one of those jerks who injects opinion and not even answering your original question! I hate that.. lol0 -
You're looking for the special benefits of drinking grape juice?
Well......it will quench your thirst? It will turn your tongue purple? It will.....I dunno, that's all I got. I doubt if you have to worry about it being a magical elixir that will cause you to lose weight too fast tho.0 -
Hmm, if you add sugar and yeast to it and let it age for a minimum of 10 days you can have some cheap homemade wine. Then at least you can get a buzz.0

Grape juice is said to have the same heart healthy effects that a glass of wine does. I'd prefer the wine myself. I'd recommend a glass of fresh carrot juice, you can buy now at any grocery store, even walmart although juicing your own is always best. Too many health benefits to even list, google it. If you're going to have just one type of juice go with carrot.0

Apparently it turns your poo green. Which is a pretty cool trick of nature. Thanks Nature!0

The benefits you will might get from grape juice are FAR fewer than eating fresh grapes. If you must grape juice at least make sure it's 100% juice.
ETA atrocious grammar....eeeeeeewwwwwww0 -
...did Dr. Oz put you up to this??0

dude don't mess around, mexican coke and errthang.
FYI did you know that there actually is a real difference between "mexican coke" and regular coke sold in the U.S.?
It is not just in your mind. It is that theirs is made with real sugar and not the high fructose corn syrup ours is made with. Apparently it affects the taste.
