Ok so I just got done using the Workout Trainer for Android, and I did the Weight Training 101. I burnt 174 calories doing all of it. Is that good? Do I need to do it twice? Thoughts appreciated.

really depends on your own goals.0

Calories burnt through exercise differ from person to person depending on their weight. Generally, having more fat or muscle means that you will burn more calories during exercise.
174 calories, its ok. But it depends on your goals. You should be eating in a deficit already, so I don't think there is any point of doing the workout again - but that's your choice.0 -
It depends
I find burning calories in different ways more tiring/ effective than others
Like if I burn 200 calories in calisthenics or HIIT I am really tired! If I burn 200 calories walking I'm not so tired and don't feel any burn0
