I'm starting over with an exercising plan YET again today. I'm just curious if there's anyone out there like me that's already naturally thin but still want to be fitter and healthier. How can I do that?

You would determine your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) or how many calories your body requires to maintain its weight given your activity level. You would then eat that number of calories per day on average while working out to get fit.
If you want to put on some muscle it might be a good idea to actually eat a little more than your TDEE to add some mass.0
