I know training a puppy is hard, but I agree with the person above me. Short workouts are awesome for situations like that. I have some biggest loser tapes and they have a variety of workouts from 10 min to 30 minutes and trust me you will sweat. Lol. Just remember this will pass and your schedule will be back to normal…

I would! I started at over 350 and a 1 yr and 3 months later I am down 115lbs. It works if you put in the effort :)

Of course. I have very few guy friends (2) and I would easily go on a date or grab a beer with either of them. They inspire me which is more than I can say for my ex-boyfriend ;)

I agree with so many people. It's almost impossible to name one or 2 because all my friends on my list inspire me daily and make me want it. Sumo813- he was my first guy friend on MFP and he always takes the time to encourage me and shows me amazing burns that my competitive nature just wants to push myself that much…

While having sex too soon can work out well, it usually doesnt. I agree with karen....you must talk to him, as in on the phone or in person....not a text. You arent going to know unless you ask. I wouldn't count on a relationship with someone who flakes like that though.

You are truly spot on. For the first 4 months I relied on MFP and then finally bought a good polar heart monitor. I was shocked at the actual calories i burned. If i did 60 minutes on the treadmill mfp would say i burnt 1200 calories, the machine would say even more sometimes, and it was actually around 550. I still lost…

This is the place for accountability and motivation. Just add a few friends and keep each other accountable. It works if you work it ;-)

I quit regular smoking 5 weeks ago. I thought if I could tackle this weight loss thing I could tackle quitting smoking. I do use an electronic cigarette (water vapor and nicotine) to curb the nicotine cravings. It totally worked and I find myself using it less and less as the days go by. I only used it 3 times yesterday.

My best friend suggested it to me in Jan when we were both looking to live up to our new years resolutions and lose weight. I was totally against it at first. I thought tracking EVERY single thing I put in my mouth would not be something I would do. 5 months and -65 lbs later I'm still here and couldn't imagine not doing…
