Hmmmm, I would love to join as my aim is to have that perfect beach body. But unfortunately, 20% of my weight is too much. I have 16lbs left to lose and 20% would be 31lbs. I want to be a size 10 and no less.

Try and do 45 mins to 1 hour and I also have the Wii Fit plus but I only use that to keep track of weight and for Yoga/muscle exercises. I'd recommend them though. Wow! Just had a look on You Tube. I don't really have the stuff to do this nor the room in my living room. I'm starting at the gym tomorrow and I've been doing 45-60 minutes dancing per day. Good luck!
