You sound a bit depressed so you maybe need to visit your doctor and surround yourself with friends, they will pick you up when your down, isolating yourself isn't the answer, hope you get positive and find your motivation x

You must eat your exercise calories!! Also muscle weights more than fat, so you are converting your fat into muscle right now, a week and a half is nothing and better to stick then put on...........have patience and stick with it, good luck x

Im basically following an atkins, however going by the nutrients on this im consuming more than I should, not sure how as since banana and museli in morning, im not really consuming any, but the apps says it more, slightly confused but will keep on and see how I go
