I think I am going to just get the shots. I was holding off on taking the diet pill and the shots because I wanted to try to do it on my own but it just aint working! im glad to hear that they do give you lots of energy!

Tata, you only have to do it once a week silly. The doctors say it is very unhealthy to do it more then that because then you become obsessed with weighing your self. I do it every Friday.
