I talked to my nutritionist and she thought it was stupid. She basically was like you should eat meat and dairy in moderation for the nutrition. I went three months with no animal products. Ate chicken after talking to her and omg my body rejected it big time. Had milk this morning and I feel like Im having period cramps.…

Thats great!!! Yeah I have come to terms that I dont eat as healthy as I should. Im sure if I could cut out processed stuff and eat better it probably would help. Im tracking what I eat, adn still keeping up with the walking. Espically with two kids and doing childcare I feel like Im always on the go! Congrats to everyone…

Hi, I'm about 5'4" and 140-141 lbs. I lost weight just counting calories on MFP and drinking the body by VI shakes. I went to 135lbs.
