Can those exercises you listed be done without a bench?... I am currently unemployed, so can't afford any of that stuff. All I own are 32lb dumbbells.

thanks for the reply, I know this is gonna sound insane LOL, but what can I do outside of counting calories? I've tried SO MANY times but can't seem to stick with it, its not that I am not dedicated, I just find it super tedious at times...

All I have I can use for chest workouts are my 32lb dumbbells, no bench tho to lay on.. I've used the ground an bed lol, not all that comfortable tho. An I can't afford a gym lol..

So then If I dont always make every calorie a day thats ok lol? I mainly do walking, bike riding. I recently had knee surgery an my Dr. said no running, which is ok since running is kind of bad for the knees after awhile anyways. I walk Mon-Fri which is about 30-40 mins total each walk.

Also!!, I know not to go over the amount (try not to at least) but does it it mean you HAVE TO meet every calorie to reach your goal? Lets say out of 2,330 calories, I consume like 1,800 calories, will this still help me reach my goal? Or even faster seeing it did not reach the total recommended amount?..

PS!: Thanks everyone else for all the kind replies, Think Ill just go with the "get as close as possible" route when it comes to logging calories. Ill re-download my "Lose It" App :)

LOL yes I know haha, But its still hard to track certain foods, like if my Dad or Mom makes lets say...Like homemade burritos with rice, re-fried beans an cheese. Not all things come up on my Lose It App...

Does not HAVE to be lol, but I figure if weather was bad or to cold to walk I could always make up for it by doing something indoors.

when is it best to do all of these? before or after loosing the chest fat? I always get nervous of doing it before an end up with bigger man boobs LOL...

I do 3 a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner. I don't eat past 7pm if I am able to. 3 meals a day seems best for me!, helps me stay on target with my daily calorie allowance.

Little treats here an there wont hurt. It works for me to only have 1-2 cookies. Because I found out the hard way when I was hell bent on NEVER eating sweets again, well it didn't work LOL!. Will this be the same affect as using a flat bench tho? Because with a flat bench your able to stretch your arms further.
