Just bought a decline/incline bench
got it for arms an chest. Now, I own 15lb dumbbells an 32 lb's as well. what sort of workouts can I do for my chest to tone? I DO NOT want bulk on my chest!, I want a flat but good looking chest. Any tips an advice? Thanks!

So I am looking into getting a exercise ball, its only $11.99 I want it for chest workouts like dumbbell fly's etc. It says its durable an tear resistant. Ill eventually get a incline bench but I can not afford one right now. Are these exercise balls good? I want it to last a good amount of time. Do they need air refilling…

Ok so currently I am doing dumbell flys with 32lb dumbells (highest weight I own) an my purpose to do so is to help lose my man boobs, how many reps/sets should I be doing to help get results for a flat chest? I usually do the chest flys on the floor because I do not own any kind of bench what so ever lol.

So if some one is looking to lose the weight, but DOES NOT do that much exercise, can they still lose the weight by going off JUST their daily calorie intake? Or does one need to burn off their daily amount as well via exercise?
