So idk what to do here calorie wise, MFP App tells me 2,440 calories a day an "Lose It" App tells me 1,947 a day...
Which seems more accurate?

Info:
Male
25 years of age
6'2
242lbs

2400 is quite high, but you'd likely still lose some weight (albeit slowly) at that level. I would shoot for something around 1950 as your baseline for net calories.

What did you put in as your activity level? That will make a huge difference. From what I understand most people on here set their level to sedentary and add in any exercise.

You can also try this website which a lot of people here use as well.

Thats why I am using the Lose It App, has me on 1,947 calories, deff seems more accurate lol.
