Calorie/Walking

So I just started school again, an in the market for employment so I do not have as much time to walk as I use to. When I still stick with my calorie limit, will THAT alone help me lose my weight? That an I've been drinking nothing but water.

    with mfp - chose a calorie deficit and add your exercise (including walking if you do a lot) and then try and hit your macros . If you book everything accurately you should drop weight
