exercise ball question

So I am looking into getting a exercise ball, its only $11.99 I want it for chest workouts like dumbbell fly's etc. It says its durable an tear resistant. Ill eventually get a incline bench but I can not afford one right now. Are these exercise balls good? I want it to last a good amount of time. Do they need air refilling over time?
Also are these good on your back? Seeing there really is not support to lay on.

I actually just bought a stability ball for when i do Body Beast at home.
It's the next best thing to use when you don't have a bench.
If you're worried about the support, It's best to get a stability ball for your size/height then.0 -
