Question on cardio

Ok so cardio is my poison of choice lol, wanting to lose weight in my face an chest (man boobs...) an I've been walking every night around 30-40 mins total. Anyways, I recently had knee surgery, so I am not suppose to run (bad for knees anyways) so I stick to walking an bike riding. What are some indoor cardio workouts I can do? Keep in mind my recent knee surgery

Does it have to be indoor? You could always try circuit training that gets your heart rate up, to burn calories. Though it's not strictly cardio. For bad knees, my biggest recommendation would be swimming which is an excellent cardio workout. But, not indoors..0

Would a rowing machine be too hard on your knees? It's not precisely weight bearing, but your legs may work more than in biking. Swimming seems like the easiest cardio on your knees, and there are indoor pools.0
