Will they help get rid of "man boobs"?. An if so will it leave behind saggy chest skin?....That makes me scared..
Also I do not have a bench, use to do flys on the ground. Will that work for now?
Thanks.
PS!: IF it leaves behind saggy skin, what can be done(naturally!) to make it pull back an be nice an tight?...

No exercise spot reduces any part of the body. Man boobs are either excess body fat or breast tissue from a result of gynocomastia (hormone issue that causes breast tissue to form in males).
Saggy skin is a result of rapid weight loss or a substantial weight loss. Retraction of the skin will depend on how much you had to lose, genetics and age.

For loose skin, staying hydrated and applying moisturizer during weight loss may help a little.0

If by "man boobs" you mean breast tissue that has developed due to hormonal imbalance, aka gyno, then no. There are some pills that can shrink it (ask for that to your doctor) so it would be not that noticeable but you can get ride of it completely only with surgery. And of course getting your hormones back in balance otherwise it will just grow back.
There can be shaggy skin when you lose fat. Usually it will tighten up. You need to be super, super obese to stretch your skin so much that it will not be able to tighten back. When you get ride of gyno there usually won't be shaggy skin due to it cos it will usually not be enough to stretch it. Shaggy skin can be filled back up if you build muscle mass under it, yes. So if you have shaggy skin on chest building muscle mass up to fill it will work a little. If you build muscle mass and not lose fat it will just look as bigger "man boobs".0 -
flys will build the pecs/chest muscle...
you need to be able to fully stretch during the fly so doing them on the ground is not the best place, get a bench or stability ball.as As with all resistance exercises its not about the weight its all about the stretch and the final squeeze.
i used to have saggy man boobs, now i only have a small sag which is slowly filling with muscle
don't just do flys as your body will get used to it do a superset of some sort:-
12 dumbbell presses from ball
12 dumbell flies on ball
12 pushups
repeat five times
your final 12 pushups will be so hard you will have to rest at least once, if you have correct form and weight.0 -
Be BRAVE! you are doing what millions of people don't have the cajones for - getting healthy
Women get stretch marks and a case of the saggybaggies all the time - we hate them - some of the things that have worked for me are cocoa butter 2x/day, staying hydrated, extra vitamin C and E (talk to a doc before starting vit E since it is stored in fat cells, it's hard to overdose on it but ppl have done it), and sometimes i've been helped by the alphahydroxy in things like Neutrogena healthy skin lotion. alphahydroxy can cause UV sensitivity so lather on the spf!0 -

Regarding the moobs, like everyone else said, drop the weight and the moobs will disappear.0
